The machine designed specially to weld tube with end plug and it also weld different setups like tube-tube welding and sheet-sheet welding. The unit is acquiring all related data like weld current pattern, squeeze force pattern, weld displacement, temperature at weld zone etc.
Components like various diameter tubes, various size end plugs and sheets are handled for resistance welding. These components have fed and clamped properly for precise resistance welding. In order to change the components being handled, Minimum changeover parts is used for holding the components in position.
The system consists of weld heads, Electrode Fixtures, component clamping mechanism, squeeze pressure unit, inert gas purging system, welding controller, Transformer & Bus bar system, Pneumatic Control System and Data Acquisition System etc.
