Product Description:

  • Ampf Assembly Line: This machine has been designed to assembly of Nokia Die Casting Bracket of a cycle time 90sec With all the poke yoke is considered.
  • Station 1 Upper Bracket Assembly: Station 1 UPPER BRACKET ASSEMBLY: To Fix the M10X300mm bolt to the unit bracket up with the Hex nut M10 with the tightening torque 10NM with poke yoke considered and torque gun is used to ensure the required torque is reached.
  • Station 2 Pointer Assembly: Preassembled angle pointer with M5 screw with 3nos of M5 nut is fixed with the tightening torque 2.2Nm and Apply the label at the specified location.
  • Station-3 Upper Bracket Assemblyunit Bracket Assembly: Fix the angle pointer to Unit bracket up with M3X8 screw with TX10
  • Station-4 Thread Damage: After ensuring assembly, damage the 2 to 3thread of M10X30 Bolt with hydraulic cylinder with sensor feedback after complete assembly, vision inspection of OK and NG components.
  • Lower Bracket Assembly: Assembly of Combi screw M10x150, rear clamp and pole clamp.
  • Station 2: Assemble Unit bracket low with M10x250 bolt and hex nut M10 with tightening torque 10 NM.
  • Station 3: Ensuring that Fixed Hex nut M10 should not rotate while rotating the Hex Bolt M10.
  • Station 4: Ensuring the assembly dimensions and damage 2 to 3 threads of M10x250 bolt as shown in figure. Applying the label at the specified location.
  • Pole Clamp Assembly STATION 1: Assembly of the Combi screw M10x150 with LH thread slider and RH thread slider to M10 lock nut with servo operation.
  • Station 2: Assembly of the bolt locker to the Hook using electric screw drivers with required torque.
  • Station 3 : Fixing the Preassembled Bolt locker, handle ring to Hook by M4X10 with TX20 with 2.2Nm torque 4pcs in all Assembled with 0.2~0.3Nm, four beams should be able to rotate smoothly and maintain the minimum gap between the left thread slider, right thread slider and double threaded bolt.
  • Station 4 : Assembly of Rotation socket with thread, Beam rotation socket
  • Station 5 : M10X300 Deltatone, after fixing hook, assemble the hook to the stage 1 pre-assembled parts by M10x 300 bolt with the Tightening torque 10NM
  • Station 6 : Fixing the M8 self-lock nut to bolt with opposite thread. After ensuring all the assembly dimension damage the 2 to 3 threads of M10x300 bolt with hydraulic cylinder with sensor feedback
  • Station 7 : FixAfter damaging the thread, welding the M8x40 bolts and Hexagonal M8 nut using 6 axis robot for tig weld at 18 points of 6 nuts.
  • Station 8: Applying the label at the specified position and inspection of the all assembly with vision sensor.
  • Packing line: Assembled components are inspected with vision sensor and weight.
